Extra Messages

Once you use all included messages, extras are billed per 1,000. E.g. 500 extra on Small = 0.5 × $15 = $7.50.

When am I charged for extra messages?
Extra usage is tallied throughout the month and billed at the end of your billing period. You are never cut off mid-month. Your wallet screen shows real-time usage so you can always see where you stand.
What happens if I hit my limit mid-month?
Nothing stops. You continue sending and receiving messages. We track any usage over your plan limit and add the overage cost to your next bill at the per-1,000 rate.
How are voice call minutes counted?
A live call minute starts when the AI picks up and ends when the call disconnects. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest minute. Call duration is shown in your conversation history.
Can I switch plans during the month?
Yes. You can upgrade from Small to Big Business at any time — your new allowances take effect immediately. Contact support to downgrade; this is processed at your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a free trial that includes a small message allowance so you can test the platform before choosing a plan. No credit card is required to start.
